Miley Cyrus was spotted several times this week in New York, leaving recording studios and taking part in a Maybelline shoot, but she took some time off from all of her Miley duties to hit the streets and sign some autographs in a goofy outfit.
That sheer blouse is pretty cute, but it sure isn’t being helped by the rest of the pieces. Granted, she’s not making a promotional appearance and this outfit probably wasn’t curated by a stylist. Still, we’d love to see this top with a chic pair of black pants and heels, Her curls are adorable but we’re not sure about the bangs.
