Our first impulse is always to simply burst out laughing at the sight of Julia Fox, but it may surprise you to hear that we have no notes or critiques of this look. She’s doing exactly what she set out to do and she’s executed it well. If we want to be super nitpicky, we might suggest that the dress probably doesn’t make the best choice for this kind of styling, if only because it’s a fairly conventional dress. Then again, if she’d sported some sort of Pierrot costume or a drag queen gown, the styling might not have had the same impact. Either way, she’s at the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards and if a girl can’t get a little freaky at a fashion party, what’s the point of them?
