This is kind of pretty, but we really don’t like that ruffled “waist.”

We’re not sure what it is… the color looks great, we don’t mind the straps, but the plunge is too wide and that horizontal strap is awkward looking.
Elle Fanning in Loewe
We wish the blacks matched better, but it’s really hard to match a black velvet using another textile. Despite that, she looks sharp as hell.

It’s a terrible color. We don’t know how all of these stylists managed to convince so many stars that wearing head-to-toe satin is easy. Turns out? It’s not!

That pale blue-gray is pretty, but the sheerness is boring.

Fully in her wacky era. We support it.

Meh. We might like it more if the jacket were black and buttoned.

Gorgeous – and surprisingly conventional for Rodarte.

Looks a little heavy, but we like the color for her. We’d have rec’d just one cuff, in order to avoid the Wonder Woman effect.
Joey King in Miu Miu
Sorry, girl. Your top is dumb.
Kathy Bates
We said this the last time she wore them, but there are much better comfy shoe options than those. The outfit’s fine.
Kerry Washington in Armani Privé
It’s almost pretty, but it feels a bit overdesigned. The bodice is too tight and the skirt is trying to do too much.
Lisa Ann Walter in Greta Constantine
The babyheads are a bit much, but the opera coat is impressively unwrinkled and finishes the look off nicely.
Moeka Hoshi in Louis Vuitton
This needs much more aggressive styling. She needs jewelry and makeup to make this work.
Nicola Coughlan in Dior
The dress is gorgeous, but we’re not convinced on the gloves.
Pamela Anderson in Dior
Still looks like she wandered out of a fitting onto the red carpet. Once again, we don’t get why you’d style your hair, put on a formal gown, and then eschew makeup. It always looks half-assed.
Sofia Carson in Elie Saab Couture
We’re so tired of pink on the red carpet but this is dramatically gorgeous.
