This morning, we noted that Lady Gaga seemed a bit restrained in her style choices for the Joker: Folie a Deux photo call and advised her not to dim her light because her co-star’s a dullard. We are happy to report that she clearly read our thoughts and immediately scrambled to have Christian Dior whip up a haute couture ensemble for her in order to avoid our disappointment. We have only one thing to say in response to these frantic efforts to please us.
Attagirl, Steffi. There is no part of this look that we would classify as “restrained,” and yet it remains dead chic nonetheless. Also not restrained is that big honkin’ engagement ring. That’s her fiancé Michael Polansky looking appropriately besotted, by the way. We have absolutely no notes to offer. This is a gorgeous look and we’re thrilled beyond measure that she’s not engaging in Harley cosplay for this one. The hat is insane and perfect.
