Nicole Kidman has another limited series about wealthy white people with great houses that also have dead bodies in them, which is formulaic as hell, but we can’t fault a gal for doing an easy one for a paycheck. She joined her on-screen husband Liev Schrieber for the premiere of The Perfect Couple. The looks? Why, perfect, of course.
Perfectly stylish, perfectly appropriate, perfectly generic. They look like a wealthy middle-aged couple with a nice house with a dead body in it. We guess this is theme-dressing. While his suit’s a little bland in color, we love the fuller cut and the high rise on those pants. He just needs a belt. Love that the shoes are fresh out of the box. Those soles have barely kissed the earth. Her dress is gorgeously simple. We kind of love how subtle the jewelry is. There’s a low-key chicness to both looks, in that confident, not-trying-hard way that stylish middle-aged people can pull off so well.
