This movie looks kind of terrible! But the cast of Jackpot! came out in bold high style for the premiere anyway! Maybe they know something we don’t or maybe they’re just hustling to sell tickets. Whatever the reason, we won’t judge them. HAHA JUST KIDDING OF COURSE WE WILL LFG!

The massive sigh we just let out. She never seems to get the details right, which might be okay if she wore boring outfits, but she likes her fashion to be loud and dazzling. The dress is okay, but just barely. It looks heavy, the waist is unflattering and that thing hanging off it is wholly unnecessary. But really, the worst part is the shoe choice. Those things are stale and ugly.

We appreciate very much that he likes fashion and enjoys being bold about his choices and more or less impeccable with things like fit. Aside from maybe a slight hemming issue, there’s nothing technically wrong with his outfit, but we tend to think his preference for Crayola menswear and old-timey gangster styles looks a little clowny on him. In other words, we would not have recommended that jacket. She’s similarly overstyled. Forget the weirdness of a tweed crop top, it’s the accessories that truly bring down the look.

Credit to everyone for choosing to dress to match the backdrop. It’s not important in the long run, but it does tend to make for better red carpet pictures – unless the gold of your dress lightly clashes with the gold of the backdrop. It’s not a bad dress, but we would not have recommended those shoes at all. It probably needs something a little more in the neutral zone.

In the near future, a ‘Grand Lottery’ has been newly established in California – the catch: kill the winner before sundown to legally claim their multi-billion dollar jackpot. When Katie Kim (Awkwafina) moves to Los Angeles, she mistakenly finds herself with the winning ticket. Desperate to survive the hordes of jackpot hunters, she reluctantly joins forces with amateur lottery protection agent Noel Cassidy (John Cena) who will do everything in his power to get her to sundown in exchange for a piece of her prize.
