Once Emma Stone snagged that Oscar nom, she phoned the Emma Stone rep at Louis Vuitton and said “I’m gonna need all of the most boring clothes you have.” And thus it came to pass that the Louis Vuitton ambassador has been going out in some unusually conventional looks as her campaign ramps up.
It’s fine. It feels a little low on personality. The buttons look a bit mumsy to our eyes. She does better with the quirky stuff, even if we don’t always love the results. We can’t call it a memorable look but we can’t call it a bad one either.
