Barbie star America Ferrara attended her first Oscar Nominees luncheon and we’re not even going to pretend that we didn’t recoil at the sight of her dress.
Perhaps we were being rash? Harsh? Bitches? But even now, 12 hours after first sighting, we think this is weirdly proportioned and mumsy as hell. The bodice and skirt don’t marry well at all, but a belt wouldn’t look right. The hem hits at a terrible spot and the DTM shoes just add to the whole Mother of the Bride vibe of it. The bag is cute and fun, but it doesn’t feel like it goes with the dress at all. There. That’s us being horrible judgey bitches. Now you do it.
