We are happy to report that Bryce Dallas Howard, after hitting the red carpet in the best look she’s worn in years, is continuing her style streak on the Argylle publicity tour. We are not without our quibbles, however. You can’t possibly be surprised by that, can you?
IN RABANNE
We’ll say it upfront: Should’ve worn boots. While it’s not a requirement to pair boots with a knit dress, it is kind of one of those fashion no-brainers. The dress itself is great. The hem length’s a little awkward and the slit hits a little high, but it’s a pretty fantastic frock all around and the colors look great on her. But the red of those pumps clash and we just can’t help thinking that the slit would look so much hotter with a little to-the-knee boot action. The only question is, should they be black or brown?
IN BOSS
This is sharp, bold, easy to wear, and makes her legs look a mile long. The platforms look fun, but that putty-pink color is kind of awful.
