We gave Halle Bailey’s sexy French maid costume its own spotlight post but she was far from the only attendee serving a discussable look at Glamour magazine’s Women of the Year Awards gala in London. Ladies? That’s your cue to line up for judgment.

We loathe the raw hem and we think the non-color washes her out, but we like the pillowy design of the bodice and we think the boots feel like an inspired choice.

There’s a retro sort of sexiness to the look (probably helped considerably by the Tina Turner eye makeup) that suits her well. It’s not the most photogenic or interesting design in the world, but we like that neckline detail.

This is surprisingly fun and cute. We didn’t think we’d ever write those words to describe a white lace pantsuit, but that’s the beauty of fashion, darlings. It’s always willing to surprise you. Anyway, she’s probably uniquely well-suited to this style. We don’t think it’s for everyone.

We realize the woman practically defines statuesque and that she really loves herself a skintight dress, but she doesn’t look like she can move or breathe in this one. The sheer sleeves are an awful design choice.

This is pure fabulousness. The color looks fantastic on her, she can handle all of that extra volume, and the diamond cuff provides exactly enough impact.

That choker looks like a bruise, which is a shame because the dress is inarguably great on her.
