Christina Aguilera stopped by Jimmy Kimmel’s place to talk about her Vegas residency and Britney and she made a surprising style choice for the occasion.

And we’re not talking about the skirt. Or rather, we’re talking about the skirt but we’re not surprised by the giant mouth on it because your girl has a long history of loud, borderline ugly style choices. No, what surprises us here is that she wore the more obnoxiously styled look just to walk in the door. For her interview, she went downright demure:

It’s not chic, exactly but it is kind of fun. It’s a bit over-styled and if she’d asked us which item had to be edited out, we’d have told her to ditch the boots for a pair that was a little more manageable.
