Never let it be said that we don’t give credit where it’s due. We’ve long maintained that Jessica Biel’s promo style tends to be on the extreme end of the bland scale, but this?
This is actually kind of hot. And we’re saying that as two fringe-loathing queens. But sometimes a car-wash skirt can be fun and we think pairing it with some leather thigh-high boots is a great way to go. We’re not feeling the jacket-on-the-shoulders thing, but there’s something a little pleasantly unexpected about how hard she went this time. Love that belt.
