We didn’t like this on sight, but we’ll admit that the context and history help considerably. They don’t make the look better in our eyes. That cutout detail looks horrible, even when the legendary Cindy Crawford is wearing it. But we appreciate the appropriateness of the tribute and we think her hair and makeup are gorgeously done. It’s giving Crawford realness without overdoing it. But we can’t quite come to a final call on this one. It’s time for you to step up.
