The LA premiere of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was a glitzy, star-studded event and everyone dressed up for the occasion.

Well. Almost everyone. We guess voice actors don’t have to get dressed up for these things. Or maybe playing a raccoon in five movies has left him a bit relieved to see this part of his career over. Who can say? We won’t claim that a Marvel premiere is necessarily a formal event, but he could’ve maybe shaved or ran a comb through his hair.

Pastor Chris’s suit jacket is too tight and it’s made more noticeable by the pattern and colors. We appreciate that he got away from boring, but if you’re going to wear a pink plaid suit, you better make sure it fits.

A tux is probably a little too much for an event like this, but we admire the man taking his shot when he can. The color is fantastic.

This is tacky and not very pretty, but she understood the brief. It has a vaguely sci-fi/space queen look to it and it absolutely demands your attention. It’s not chic, but it’s not wrong either.

A gorgeous gown ruined by a very dumb lining situation. She always goes for this hairstyle, but her bone structure practically demands an up do.

Love the dress. The ruffled cuffs are a nice touch. The boots are fabulous, but we don’t think they go with the dress all that well. They pull focus from it. Black sheer hose and a black patent stiletto pump would’ve been our rec for this one.

It’s a cute dress, although we don’t love the shape of the sleeves. The color story is a tough one for a blonde to pull off, but it photographs pretty well. The shoes are a terrible choice. Silver sandals, please.

LOVE a big queer fashion moment on a Disney red carpet. It somehow manages to be understated and flamboyant at the same time.

This looks spectacular on her and she’s really been crushing it on this tour, which is smart because her employment opportunities are wide open. Are we wrong for thinking it would’ve looked better as a gown?

This is why we hate theme-dressing on the red carpet. Sure, it’s a reference to his character, but it’s also hideous.

It’s giving Rick Astley circa 1990, but we actually don’t mind it. It suits him.

We’re not the biggest fans of bra tops (we are, after all, prissy judgmental homosexuals), but this whole look is pretty strong. We just think it would be vastly improved by removing half the straps and all of the buckles.
