Hugh Grant also showed up for this photo call, but we opted to ignore him because he wore the same bland suit he always does. We may not entirely agree with every style choice made by stars Chris Pine and Sophia Lillis for the Mexico City photo call ahead of the Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves premiere, but at least they made choices worth discussing.
We’ve been enjoying his latest style persona, which we dubbed the Louche King, but we think this is the first time it feels a little too much like cosplay. He can keep everything here – including the mustache, which looks great on him – but the tank top and the shoes have got to go. There are fresher options to make this work. We realize he’s not much of sneaker guy, but some sort of casual shoe would turn this in a more modern direction. Also, the pants need a belt.
She’s 21 years old. If she were five years younger than that, we’d still feel the need to point out her age because this entire look is almost disturbingly juvenile. It would be one thing if it was a kawaii sort of cuteness, but this is pure Little Orphan Annie drag and it looks really weird and dreary. She’s getting some terrible advice.
