Florence Pugh in Robert Wun Couture at the London Film Critics’ Circle Awards: IN or OUT?

Now that we’ve put the main Grammys red carpet to bed and before we launch into the pre- and post-Grammy party looks, we need to travel back to those hazy days of yesteryear – aka Saturday night – because Florence Pugh wore something highly discussable to the London Film Critics Circle Awards. Like everything Miss Flo wears, it’s a lot, but unlike a lot of her red carpet choices, this one is surprisingly chic.

Of course reasonable people may disagree with that assessment, but they’d be wrong. We LOVELOVELOVE this. It’s possibly the most sophisticated, least tacky thing she’s ever worn in public. So why are we putting it up to a vote? Two reasons: we need a breather and the kittens tend to loathe peplums, so we’re wondering how all y’all feel about this SUPER-peplum. The peplumiest peplum that ever peplumed. Yes, it looks a little like the front of a locomotive, but we love how exaggerated it is. Nothing worse than a wimpy peplum. Okay, maybe there are a few things worse, but still. We’re not the biggest fans of replicating the runway styling, but we love that she kept the hat and veil. This one’s a win. Agree/Disagree?
