We interrupt all this high-falutin’ Critics Choice Awards gownery and tuxery in order to bring you a moment of sassy suitery. The White Lotus star Aubrey Plaza stopped by The Tonight Show in some really cute, if highly impractical business-lady drag.
It’s cute and kind of unexpected. We like how the whole look, from the blonde hair to the neutral pumps, is giving Junior League or Country Club – except for that one glaring detail. We don’t think it’s a good idea for anyone to wear a crop top for a sit-down interview on television unless they can be a hundred percent comfortable and confident in it, but those two qualities have never been difficult for her to project.
