Actually, we made up our minds during the scrolldown and we’ll tell you instead: This is not a good dress at all. She is, however, extremely good at looking spectacular no matter what she’s wearing. The hair, sandals and pedi are all doing a lot of work to make this look good. That ridiculously fabulous smile helps a lot too. But that skirt design is a nightmare and the top looks a little unresolved and casual. She has the power to overcome it all and make it look better than it is, but these garments are kind of terrible, we’re sorry to say.
