It was a cute pants sort of weekend for Michelle Yeoh at the Berlin International Film Festival, which awarded her the Honorary Bear trophy. Let’s assess her pants choices.

This is perfect. A slouchy, sparkly sweater is the best choice for those pants and we love styling it with a sheer shirt and tie. The cool matchiness of the look works well because if there was a lot of contrast, she might have come off sloppy. Here, she just looks cool and chic.

We go back and forth on these. On the one hand, we tend to think crocodile jeans are inherently goofy and there might be an argument against them existing at all. On the other hand, if there’s anyone who can make crocodile jeans not only look viable, but potentially stylish, it might be her. Put it this way: we don’t love the jeans, but we love the way she styled them. The jacket is perfect and the flower draws the eye to where it should go.
