Here’s Gwen Stefani, in the ultimate “Girl, we guess so” look.
We used to think she was pretty good about letting her signature look evolve as she got older, but this feels like a sudden snap back to 1996 settings. It’s not that she can’t pull this off, it’s that she has pulled it off – thousands of times, going back decades. It just feels extremely stale. There’s also the fact that the top is kind of weird, with its “I don’t have nipples” illusion. Those mesh tights are tragic. Gwen, let’s never do this again.
