On the one hand, we’re surprised we haven’t seen more bomber jackets on the Top Gun: Maverick promo tour. It’s possible the stars involved considered them too much of a cliche. On the other hand, if there’s one member of the cast who could find a way to do a twist on a classic look, it’s your girl J Conn herself, the patron goddess/muse of the House of Vuitton.

Of course that combination would yield a bomber dress. In a way, shouldn’t we have all seen this coming? Bitchiness aside, we don’t actually hate this. The boots are silly and if we’re being honest, the dress looks a little cheap, but given how weird her style can get, this is pretty on point for a Top Gun screening. She’s been really good about tamping down on her style excesses during this tour. We suspect she’s going to snap soon and show up somewhere in something completely insane. We look forward to it, honestly.
