Get your hands out of your pockets, Matthew. You’re ruining the lines. The suit is fine and he can pull off a double-breasted jacket. The shoes are appropriately pristine. We’re disappointed in the tie, which is both boring and badly tied. And since we’re being incredibly nitpicky, we might as well say that we also think his hair looks much better when it’s giving volume. This is too tightly plastered to his head.

As we’ve noted a few times this month, white suits are having a moment. We appreciate that he’s having a little fun with his style, but we don’t think the details are keeping the look as fresh as it could be. In other words, the suit is fine (the pants look half a shade off, but that could easily be a lighting issue), but the shoes, belt and shirt look stale with it.
