Kristen Stewart had herself a busy little awards season Chanel-wearing weekend. She wore a controversial (around these parts, anyway) Cher-inspired (maybe) Chanel dress at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, and then she swung by the Independent Spirit Awards the next night in this little number.
We kinda love it. It’s got that light butch glam thing going on, which has always been her style sweet spot. We could’ve done without the bow or the weirdly placed buttons on the front. We also think a boot may have been a more appropriate choice here, but that’s just us. Her hair looks a little crunchy, but we like the shape and style for her. Her makeup looks fantastic, as per the usual. Just a fun queer-girl Oscar nominee look that doesn’t so much break the rules as bend them to the wearer’s liking.
