Taylor Swift had a celebratory night as she released “Red (Taylor’s Version),” the updated, expanded, and by most accounts critically acclaimed reclaiming of her 2012 album “Red,” as part of her ongoing and highly successful commitment to retaking control of her music catalogue. What you’re looking at is an accomplished artist on a high, championing her own cause. We’re not surprised she nailed the looks as she made the late night talk show rounds.

This is cutely well coordinated, right down to the Barbie-matchy shoes. She doesn’t seem fussed about wearing short skirts and if she’s comfortable, it’s a good idea for this setting. Her legs look great and we love the gold trim up around her face. It’s cutesy but grownup and it makes a great counter to the other look she wore that night.

This is a little less cutesy and leans in more on the sexy. While we can’t help wondering if she’s cold with those exposed shoulders, she looks amazing. Love those slingbacks. Her style approach feels much more sophisticated or adept all of a sudden.
