Timothée Chalamet in Alexander McQueen at the “Dune” London Premiere: IN or OUT?

Posted on October 19, 2021

It’s been a while since we’ve put a dudelook up for a vote – although personally, we’re not particularly torn over this one.

We love it. Zippers as a decorative or design element can get so tricky and lead one down so many cliched paths, but this looks pretty great on him. If we have any sort of negative comment to make (in the interests or arguing both sides, you understand; not because we’re such judgy bitches), it’s that this look doesn’t necessarily excite us the way some of his more adventurous choices have. It’s good. It’s very Chalamet. It’s styled just right, from the chains to the boots. We’re not a hundred percent on the shirt, but we think he’d look strange trying to go shirtless with this, even though the model’s making the argument for that look. For us, there are way more pros than cons on this one, even if it has started us thinking that he may be due for a style shakeup and refresh once all the Dune-ing is behind him. Anyway, you tell us:
