This collection is inspired by the English poet, painter and printmaker William Blake who was born in London in 1757. Drawing on the concept of imagination as a pure form of escapism, it centres around lightness, air and water – on beauty emerging from darkness and featuring details from Illustrations to Dante’s ‘Divine Comedy’, Beatrice Addressing Dante from the Car (1824-7) by William Blake.
