It’s always fun when the Chanel brand tries its hand at a Youth Outreach program. Karl Lagerfeld knew what he had with Kristen Stewart, but it takes a special sort of girl to make the tweediest of brands feel trendy, sexy or hot. K Stew, believe it or not, is aging out of being any sort of representative of The Youth, which means the task of selling the brand name to socialites, debutantes and upcoming ingenues must fall to someone new. Does Lily-Rose have what it takes to make the quintessential Grandma jacket look trendy?
We’re gonna go ahead and say “Yes,” if only because she’s making this slightly silly outfit look a hell of a lot hotter and more stylish than the model did for the look book. We think the jeans and the Jackie Kennedy jacket work together, but only she can pull them off with that bandeau top. Love the sandals, but the bag is hideous.
