After being forced to conclude that her last ensemble didn’t quite come together as intended, we are happy to report that Miss Janelle nailed this one to the wall and hung a frame around it.

We would perhaps quibble with the sandals, which are lovely but not quite as substantial a shoe as this focus-pulling look might call for. It’s the only criticism we have and it’s a minor one. Of course this is all a bit too matchy and label-based for any sort of real-world look, but the Paris shows ask their attendees to be models on a level the New York shows don’t, and this sort of runway-ready styling is absolutely on point. It helps that she excels at these kinds of slightly gimmicky looks.

What’s the consensus on the multiple barrettes? We think they’re fun, but we also think only she could manage them.
