Now comes that rarest of occasions, an opportunity to rag on Miss Zoe for her poor fashion choices. In fact, it’s so rare to see her in something this badly styled that we’re not sure we’ve ever reacted so negatively to one of her outfits. We’re not even sure we have the language for it.

Pardon our bluntness, Miss Woman, but what the hell is all this? The color scheme here is so sad and drab. We could be convinced on its merits if any of the pieces she’s wearing here were interesting or fabulous even well-fitted. The coat is a decent enough starting point but because it’s so shapeless and relatively neutral, it needed sharper pieces than that sweatshirt and those clown pants. Don’t even get us started on the bag, which looks hideous against all those earth tones.

We suspect she’s trying to put out a low-key, thrift-shop sort of style, given the project she’s promoting, but Zoe, we’re here to tell you, there are way more fabulous ways to go about this, dear.
