“Let’s do it because the guys are hot.” And with that early morning declaration, Lorenzo made the executive decision to cover the Rebel Moon Part Two: The Scargiver premiere even though the pics are chaotic, the fashion’s only so-so, the stars are not on any A lists, and we have no interest in the film. Hit it anyway, stars!
ED SKREIN IN GIORGIO ARMANI
Bland! We can tell it’s a nice suit, but the color is bleh and those loafers look entirely too dainty with it.
SOFIA BOUTELLA IN STELLA MCCARTNEY
Enh. It’s okay. In some ways, it’s a smart choice given the film’s demo; it’s sexy, but low-key and unfussy. The sleeves and pants are too long. It could’ve benefitted from some more aggressive styling, but this doesn’t seem like the sort of event where grandiosity would make sense.
STAZ NAIR IN FENDI
It’s a pretty great look – the color really pops on him – but the placement of that Fendi logo is dumb and he needs a belt.
STUART MARTIN
He’s too young and too hot to be dressing like a middle-aged gangster. Funny thing about leather jackets: they don’t always photograph well. The reason celebrities tend to default to the classic moto jacket is because it rarely takes a bad picture and goes with everything. This is an okay jacket, but pairing it with black dress pants and a black dress shirt is just about the least stylish option.
