She did it again, you guys. She did that weirdly specific thing where she opts for tight hair, slightly goofy makeup…
… and a totally drag queen kind of gown. She always goes for the Jayne Mansfield/Marilyn dresses and then completely wiffs it on the styling. Granted, we can understand why a Serious Actress might not want to get all Blonde Bombshell in her styling, but THAT’S WHY YOU DON’T PICK THE MARILYN GOWNS, GIRL.
Although we’d rather see her lean into it, stick with this style of gown (can’t say it doesn’t suit her) and learn to have some fun with the hair and makeup. She’s so over-contoured she looks like she got into a slapping contest with someone inside a walk-in freezer.
