It’s a pretty enough dress, but it works much better with the higher hem. We get why she’d opt for something lower, but it tends to make the whole dress look heavier. Sometimes, she manages to convince us on her love of matchy accessories, but that’s just way too much red for us. And the clutch looks like a box of Valentine’s candy.
