Ladystars jetted themselves off to Marrakech to model jewelry for Louis Vuitton. They all chose fairly well for the occasion — not the jewelry, which is both contractually obligated and in some cases a little vulgar. No, we’re talking about the outfits, which are all as generic as each of them could find for the occasion. It’s the only way to wear those massive collars. Still, we have quibbles. Let’s go.
Alicia Vikander

The weird stuff going on at the waist isn’t needed and looks too distracting, but she got the best jewelry pieces out of this lot.
Ana de Armas

That is exactly the right dress to set off that collar, which we presume to be a single piece, but we can’t tell. Personally, we find the collar to be too ostentatious for our tastes (as if they matter), but the whole look is well-presented.
Emma Laird

Sorry, girl. You got the worst of the lot. We don’t like the choker and the dress is very sad.
Léa Seydoux

Sharp and simple. She did well. We’re not super in love with the scalloped collar.
Phoebe Dynevor

We don’t think the style of dress works with the jewelry at all. That collar doesn’t exactly scream “ruffles and spaghetti straps.” The color of the dress is insipid and the bottom of it is a mess.
