Darlings, there’s nothing we love more than an uncomplicated podcast. Well okay, technically there are probably a few things (like sex and ice cream) that we love more, but trust: it’s a relief when the world hands his a couple of topics. And while it’s always fun to run down the latest Project Runway offerings, which we do in the second half, we had a lot to say about the shakeups in LGBTQ media this week, with the sudden departure of the Editors in Chief of both Out magazine and The Advocate. We talk a bit about our experiences with queer media, the problems that have always faced it, and what we feel are going to be some very unfair criticisms of the departing editors. In short, it’s not a good thing that queer media is dying but we’re not sure what can be done about it.

Then we’re off to the bitchy races:

And while we loved some of these offerings, we had a lot of complaining to about the challenge itself – including a sidebar on Cats, which is more than likely going to piss off some Cats fans.

But you know us, darlings. We just HAVE to get our damn opinions out there. And thank you once again for putting up with us!
