We are not putting this up to a vote because we can’t come to a conclusion on it. We know what we think of this one. We won’t even make you wait. We LOVE it. But then again, we’ve always had a thing for Thom Browne.
To us, seeing Miss Tina working a very high-fashion/high-glam take on the sort of unfussy suits she’d much rather wear than any gown is a big plus. It all feels very her, but with an elevated sense of glamour and chicness. But we also know that a lot of folks around here struggle with the Thom Browne take on proportion and shape. In this case, we suspect a bunch of you will have things to say about those pants. But we love how the jacket and pants play with each other and we think the latter wouldn’t read so puffy if she’d just buttoned the jacket for pictures. And since we’re making mild critiques, we’d say she could’ve gone for a much more interesting shoe than businesslike black pumps. Even so, we still love it. Now let’s hear your take.
