The super folks — David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan and Nicholas Hoult — came out to celebrate Gray Pants Day in front of a surprisingly chintzy-looking promotional backdrop while doing press in LA for Superman. We’ve seen more realistic snow surrounding mall Santas.
It’s all very corporate and profesh, seemingly by design. They look more like they’re announcing their tech startup than promoting their superhero movie. No one looks bad, but we’re surprised by how businesslike it all appears. Granted, Rachel’s giving us a little bit of “Starfleet, but make it dressy-casual,” which is at least a little interesting.
