Sometimes, darlings, it takes a model. You may call this cray. You may ask what the point of it is. You may even wonder who in their right mind would ever wear such things. All of these options and opinions are open to you. But we maintain that an event specifically to recognize and reward the visionaries and icons of fashion should have some envelope-pushing style on its red carpet. And who better to werq the unworkable but a professional werqer?
Seriously. We’re into it. We could absolutely do without the quilted cross-body bag, but aside from that element – and taking into account that we normally hate irregular hems – we’re pretty close to loving this. On her, at here. It’s cool and it’s different and she’s got the chops to make both of those qualities look effortlessly chic. We can’t hate, cray as it is.
