House of Dior, sounding a little braggy there. We don’t blame them one bit. This is gorgeous, it pays homage to the classic post-War New Look created by the house and it represents a MAJUH step forward in Miss Elle’s fashion education/evolution. Huzzahs all around. We can’t imagine this won’t be considered one of the best red carpet looks of the year when it’s all said and done.
