You are correct! It WAS the Cinderella shoe!
See, we think this suit is way too much, but we also think she’s pretty much the queen of Way Too Much so we’re coming down on the side of “This is working for her, even though we don’t much love it.” The colors and wild pattern are right in her fashion sweet spot (and coordinate fairly well with her hair). The over-pleating and the huge flounce just feel like no big deal to a wearer like her. If we had one complaint, it’s that the fabric is a bit shiny and cheap-looking.
But then we got to the invisible shoes and the focus-pulling pedicure. We give her all the credit in the world for not filling those things up with her foot sweat, but they’re just too tacky for us.
