Richard Armitage in Burberry at the “Into the Storm” Premiere

There seems to be a red carpet trend of moving away from the navy blue banker and job interview suits and an opening up of what shades a blue suit can be. We’re digging it. And we love this suit:

But – and we realize we sound like a broken record, but hey, it’s not our fault they all keep making the same mistakes over and over again – the fit here is way off. Looking at the model, this was clearly meant to be a skinny suit, but it feels like they just sized everything up to get him to fit into it. The pants are balloony and the arms are way too short on the jacket. It’s a shame, because it really looks good on him otherwise. Love the tie. And the grooming’s on point – so long as one learns to sigh and just accept the neck beard. Like all trends, that too, will go away eventually.
