It’s been too long since Miss Kerry has graced our bitchy shores. Let’s judge her.

We don’t blame any postpartum woman for wanting to eschew belts for a while, but this dress could really use one. It’s an eye-catching little frock, but we’re not totally in love with it. The waist sits high and the hips flare out slightly. You combine that with a sloping shoulder and it really changes the shape of the body. Paint splatter prints tend to work best, to our way of thinking, when a little restraint is employed. This is just too much and too distracting. And the shoes, which look fun in black, go totally clown in red. And then she had to go match her lipstick to them, which makes our eyelids twitch furiously. And isn’t the clutch kind of random?

We sound more critical than we mean to. It’s definitely a head-turning kind of look. We’re just not convinced that it’s all working to her benefit.
