Look, everyone, look! A Fanning wore a color!
We feel like these pictures are sufficient to explain just why we’ve been begging Dakota and Elle to wear bold colors, instead of the pale neutrals and pastels they both tend to prefer. To be fair, neither of them are as stuck in that pale rut as they were several years ago, but still. This is a no-brainer, pale ladies. A bold red will always sing on you better than a pale pink. We love the draped neckline, but that criss-cross strap is a terrible choice for sitting down on camera. In related news, we feel like we’ve featured more John Galliano looks in the last year or so than in the previous decade. Uncancelled?
