Ruby Rose Bar and Restaurant – Utrecht, Netherlands
It’s WEDNESDAY! Let’s get stimulated! Come join us in a LOunge that won’t let you rest your eyes. Let’s order something buzzy and anesthetizing to start the day off. Let’s work on being unreliable assholes for today. Don’t we all deserve it?
Peak Priyanka
The global superstar has seemingly done it all. Priyanka Chopra Jonas on where you go after you’ve reached the top.
If you ever find yourself being ushered into a well-appointed private lounge, in an opulent high-rise in midtown Manhattan, to meet with Priyanka Chopra Jonas, perhaps the first thing you will notice about her is her voice. It’s soothing and cashmere soft. “My husband calls it the ‘ASMR voice,'” she laughs. (Her husband, of course, is singer Nick Jonas, who also happens to have his own set of noteworthy pipes.) When I joke with Chopra Jonas that she must record a message for me to wind down to in the evenings, without missing a beat, she purrs, “Good night, Lola. Stop scrolling. It’s time to go to bed.”
36 best sci-fi films for 10/10 escapism
Astronauts, aliens, and absolutely tonnes of action.
Robots and artificial intelligence. Far-flung galaxies and planets. Futuristic realms and alternate universes. Anyone craving a round-up of the best sci-fi films?
Science fiction is a genre that ignites our imaginations and transports us from our normal lives to mind-bending worlds. And given the pretty bleak state of the world we’re in right now, a good immersive sci-fi flick is just what we need.
Our fascination with what the future might look like launched the sci-fi genre way before our technology-obsessed age, with authors such as Isaac Asimov and H.G. Wells writing fantastical adventures and dystopian tales in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Their classic novels even inspired some of the best-loved sci-fi films of our generation (I, Robot; The War of the Worlds; and more recently, The Invisible Man starring one of our all-time faves, Elisabeth Moss).
Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy’s Iconic Love Story Outfits—And How to Recreate Them
I’ve just finished the hit FX show, and I can’t stop thinking about these effortlessly chic ’90s minimalist looks
I’ll admit I’m a little late to the (watch) party, but having just finished FX’s Love Story, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about one thing in particular: the outfits. More specifically, the quietly perfect Nineties minimalist wardrobe worn in the show by Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy, portrayed by Sarah Pidgeon.
I’m not the only one, either. Since the series landed, the American It-girl’s iconic style has been trending all over again—which is entirely unsurprising given just how timeless her approach to dressing still feels. Long before “quiet luxury” became fashion’s favourite buzzword, Bessette had already mastered the art of building outfits around pared-back, refined classics: sharply cut coats, simple slip dresses, oversize tailoring, crisp shirts and perfect-fit denim.

The Whirlwind Voyage of Demi Moore’s Schiaparelli Couture Gown
From Paris to Milan and finally Los Angeles, discover the epic journey of Demi Moore’s Schiaparelli couture look and how it made its way to the 2026 Actor Awards red carpet.
Demi Moore arrived at the 2026 Actor Awards, formerly known as the SAG Awards, on Sunday night wearing a Schiaparelli couture gown by Daniel Roseberry. The look—a skintight black bustier dress with a trompe l’oeil crocodile tail on the front and a bursting cloud of white tulle at the back—first appeared in January on Roseberry’s couture runway for the label. Moore, and her stylist Brad Goreski, sat front row at that show.
We are used to seeing dresses go from the runway to the red carpet, and often assume this to be something like a magic trick. That the internet has popularized side-by-side images of these moments has done little to demystify the process.
Yerin Ha on Her First Awards Show, That Bridgerton Bathtub Scene, and Dressing “Out of Your Comfort Zone”
“The unknown used to really scare the living daylights out of me,” Ha tells Vanity Fair while getting ready for the Actor Awards 2026. “But with Bridgerton, I learned so much can change within a short period of time.”
For months now, the 28-year-old Australian actress has been traveling the world to promote Bridgerton alongside costar Luke Thompson, the rakish Benedict Bridgerton to her soft-spoken, but steely Sophie. As Bridgerton season four, part two was released on Netflix, Ha was landing back in Los Angeles to fulfill a flurry of Actor Awards 2026 duties for the streamer, including hosting her fellow next-gen talents at the Actors Rising party. “This is my first actual award show and it feels bizarre that I’m the ambassador for it,” a fresh-faced Ha told me from her hotel room. Growing up, Ha was always eager to see who made the best-dressed list after an awards show. As an attendee herself, “I would love to meet [Sinners nominated actor] Wunmi Mosaku, [Sinners writer-director] Ryan Coogler and [Hamnet filmmaker] Chloé Zhao. I’m always extra supportive of the POC creatives, naturally,” said the Korean American actress. “I’ve not been in that environment before, so I’m going to be very starstruck by anyone that I bump into.”
The 10 Best Happy Fragrances Are Pure Joy, Bottled
Say a warm hello to smile-inducing scents.
From my mood to the air tickling my face when I leave the house, everything feels better once spring has sprung. Around this time of year, I start to break out all of my happy fragrances—i.e., the perfumes that smell bright, fresh, and are sure to put a smile on my face. Winter has its charms (crackling fires and cozy knits, namely), but opening the window to a cool breeze is one of life’s greatest gifts. It’s up there with stopping to smell the flowers blooming on your block—or catching a whiff of the floral notes drifting off your loved ones’ pulse points because they have impeccable taste in seasonal fragrances.
Mason Gooding Isn’t Your Typical Hollywood Heartthrob: “I’ve Never Been That Guy People Tell, ‘Oh, You’re a Star’”
The low-key, low-profile actor has been booked-and-busy, as they say, for nearly a decade. But with four major projects out or on the horizon, this may just be the moment he proves the naysayers wrong.
Following a three-episode arc on HBO’s Ballers and a turn in Olivia Wilde’s directorial debut Booksmart, he continued working in film and television before landing what is his best-known role to date: Chad Meeks-Martin, the lovable and charismatic jock with a heart of gold in the Scream revival. As an integral member of the central friend group, Gooding brings levity and charm to the gory slasher. Since joining the universe in 2022, Chad has survived brutal attacks by Ghostface, including one particularly awful stabbing sequence in Scream VI, but the Final Boy lives on. He returns once again in Scream 7, which hit theaters on February 27.
These Bone Broth Cocktails Offer More Body — and a Little Extra Protein
From Bloody Bulls to the classic Bullshot, bone broth cocktails are having a moment.
For years, bone broth has been popular food trend thanks to its potential health benefits. Though it’s historically been relegated to soups, stews, and sauces, in this age of protein maxxing, some have begun sneaking it into unsuspecting recipes — a bone broth hot chocolate recently went viral on TikTok.
Bone broth is now also showing up in cocktails. The ingredient adds hearty depth and umami to a savory drink, surprisingly without making you feel like you’re drinking a bowl of soup.
Why Chefs Are Calling This Fish ‘The Pork of the Sea’
Once discarded, swordfish belly is now being smoked, cured, and served as pastrami and bacon in place of beef and pork at top restaurants across the country.
At GW Fins in New Orleans, executive chef Michael Nelson and his team are turning swordfish into pastrami, bacon, Bolognese, and even mortadella (“Swordella”) for the Crescent City’s signature sandwich, the muffuletta. They call it “the pork of the sea.”
If the “seacuterie” program at GW Fins had a genesis story, it would go something like this: In the beginning, there was the decision to buy whole fish and butcher it in-house instead of buying filets from the fishmongers.
The whole-fish program begat a massive amount of fish waste, which begat the need for four new trash cans, which begat the realization that something had to be done with all those discarded fish parts. That begat the idea of making fish charcuterie, much in the way that a meat butcher might make sausage out of the odds, ends, and leftovers of a cow or pig.
Spies, sparkle and scandal: inside the style secrets of the House of Windsor
In Fashioning the Crown, author and fashion historian Justine Picardie reveals the tales of espionage and elegance behind the wardrobes of the royal family’s most powerful women
‘I first became interested in Hardy Amies in the late Nineties when he was still alive and when I had started working at Vogue,’ says fashion historian, former Harper’s Bazaar editor and author Justine Picardie. ‘He was a really fascinating character and he was very discreet. He was Sir Hardy Amies by then, and my mother had known him, so I knew of him, but I didn’t know much – other than that he’d worked during the Second World War as a spy.’ This was the starting point for Picardie’s latest literary exploration, Fashioning The Crown, in which she strives to reveal the style secrets of the pioneering women of the House of Windsor.
Ready for another Kennedy drama? Netflix mega-series Kennedy starts filming in London
After Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette comes a The Crown-style deep dive into the Kennedy family, starring Michael Fassbender
As a wise woman once said ahead of a General Election: ‘What? another one?’ Ryan Murphy has just turned the romance between JFK Jr. and Carolyn Bessette into a sprawling New York love story, and now Netflix is bringing Camelot to London, as two-time Oscar-nominee Michael Fassbender has been spotted in Westminster in the role of Joe Kennedy Sr. as he gets to work on Netflix’s Kennedy series.
The eight-episode drama is set to explore the origin story of the political dynasty that came to be known as America’s royal family. Based on Fredrik Logevall’s book JFK: Coming of Age in the American Century, 1917–1956, the series will cover the rise and rivalries of the Kennedys, as well as the enormous pressure faced by their scions as the media became fixated on the lives of the next generations.

‘Game of Thrones’ Movie in the Works at Warner Bros. From ‘Andor’ Writer
Winter is coming to the big screen.
A “Game of Throne” movie is in the works at Warner Bros. from “House of Cards” showrunner and “Andor” writer Beau Willimon. He already submitted a draft, according to Page Six Hollywood, which broke the news of the project. A director hasn’t been set, nor have any cast members.
However, the outlet noted it’s unclear whether the “Game of Thrones” film will actually be made given the news that Warner Bros. is in the process of being sold to Paramount Skydance. If the merger is approved, new management could scrap the movies in development. At the same time, “Game of Thrones” is one of the company’s crown jewels — and Paramount’s CEO David Ellison has pledged to release 30 films theatrically once the two media giants become one. That means they’ll need plenty of material to populate their joint slates.

‘Sound of Music’ Fans Have Been Visiting This Charming Austrian City for 61 Years—Here Are Its 7 Most Iconic Locations From the Movie
Do Re Mi your way through Salzburg to these filming locations.
Ever since Maria von Trapp twirled across the Austrian Alps in the opening scene of “The Sound of Music,” the movie musical has claimed its place as one of the most beloved films of all time. It won five Academy Awards in 1965, and its sweeping scenery now draws an estimated 300,000 visitors to Salzburg each year, all eager to revel in that silver screen magic for themselves.
Premiering on March 2, 1965, the film’s legacy has endured for more than six decades and is marking its 61st anniversary this week. With indelible songs like “Do-Re-Mi,” “My Favorite Things,” and “Edelweiss,” featuring music by Richard Rodgers and lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, the film adapted the duo’s Tony-winning 1959 Broadway musical, itself based on the real-life Maria von Trapp’s 1948 memoir, “The Story of the Trapp Family Singers.” Though set against the shadow of World War II, the story continues to resonate across generations.
