At the BFI London Film Festival premiere of Die My Love, Jennifer Lawrence returned to the kind of sleek, simple glamour that suits her best while also demonstrating a distinct lack of understanding regarding the wearing of outerwear.

We’re genuinely intrigued by the jacket, which looks very cute but also looks like it might not coordinate well with the gown. We’ll never know, because she only posed with it hanging off her arms like that for a bit before shedding it completely. We get that London can be chilly and a sleeveless gown might not be enough for it, but why bring the jacket and not wear it? Anyway, the gown couldn’t be more simple (hence our focus on the jacket), but she looks great in it. The necklace is gorgeous. Her makeup looks uncharacteristically harsh.

ABOUT THE MOVIE:
The film follows Grace (Lawrence) and her partner Jackson (Pattinson), who have recently moved into an old house deep in the country. With ambitions to write The Great American Novel, Grace settles into her new environment, and the couple welcome a baby soon after.
