We’ve said for years that The Buccaneers star Christina Hendricks’s preference for romantic boho styles was never going to suit her as well as the midcentury styles to which she was so awesomely well suited on Mad Men. But the lady likes what the lady likes and we’d resigned ourselves to the kind of slightly awkward styles she tended to pick for herself. But this cute little frock, which she wore to visit The Today Show, is kind of the perfect compromise.
It’s got that sort of boho whimsy to it that she prefers, but it’s also sleek and unfussy, in the manner that suits her best. We kinda hate the sleeve length, though. To be honest, the print isn’t entirely to our liking either, but like we said, the lady likes what she likes and in terms of what the lady likes, this is one of the better results.
