Nicole Kidman shared a little faux mother-daughter moment with her Spellbound co-star Rachel Zegler at the premiere. They appear to have coordinated their looks for the event.
It’s like they agreed ahead of time to wear hellaciously fussy dresses with no colors. Kind of odd choices for a fantasy cartoon premiere.

We’ll never believe that white or pale colors are good for her, but this… isn’t as bad as we might have figured. That’s damning it with the faintest praise possible, we know. But we can’t really bring ourselves to say anything else good about it. It’s got sheer elements, but it also looks heavy as hell, which is an interesting trick.We’re not crazy about the bell sleeves or the sheers, but we think our main problem with this dress is that she’s ill-suited to it. On another wearer, we might like it more.

Girl, that’s just dumb. Or to be more accurate about it, those are just dumb. The body of the dress is fine, if a bit too fussy for our tastes, but those sleeves are ridiculous and the corseting looks overwrought with all of those flowers. This design needed editing.
