Many a time we’ve asked ourselves, “Is there any look, style, or garment that Colman Domingo cannot make sing? Is there anything this man can’t work?” Well, now we have an opportunity to truly examine that question, because the Sing Sing star stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers wearing something that we’re pretty sure we hate.
Yeah, that’s a little bit too much faded, brushed denim for our tastes. The amazing thing is, he actually did look kind of amazing walking out in it, but as a sit-down outfit goes, it doesn’t make the best choice. To answer our question, he is making this work, to the extent that it can be made work. We don’t think anyone else would look as fine or as good as he does wearing this. But we still don’t like it.
