First thing of note: Why do they always put Asian actors in ice-blue contacts for sci-fi stories? Second thing of note: AGENT ATLAS SHEPHERD. WE ARE SO BACK, BABY.

Look, bitchiness aside, we actually do think this is where J Lo’s career sweet spot lies; not in cheesy rom-coms or self-aggrandizing documentaries, but in B-grade action movies. We’re not even joking. She’s actually really well suited for this kind of material (awful as this one looks) and lends it a camp sensibility that she would learn how to harness if she were a little smarter and more humble about her career. Anyway, we probably won’t be watching this but we CAN’T WAIT for the promo tour.
