Good Lady Cate returned to her sustainable ways by pulling an old getup out from the back of her closet for the AACTA Awards, but then she went and lost her mind.

She wore this jumpsuit in its original gown form at the Venice Film Festival in 2018. While it’s a lovely, sharp, and effortlessly chic look with a slightly casual undertone to it, we have to admit, we preferred the gown version, which was much more dramatic and perfectly suited to her. Still, we can’t get mad at her for getting some extra mileage out of the look while keeping it fresh. We do wonder what the original design houses think when she cuts up their wares like this.

Later, she dressed up like “middle-aged Barbie” in order to present Margot Robbie with the Trailblazer Award, but we think she must have had a secret hankering to dress up like Sia. Nothing about this reads Barbie except for the color. Still, we’re glad she’s having fun.
