Dakota Johnson in Luis Estévez at the MADAME WEB Mexico City Premiere: IN or OUT?

Posted on February 14, 2024

Hey, we’ve got a long overdue podcast to record and all y’all hated what Dakota Johnson’s been wearing on the Madame Web promo tour, so we’re throwing this one out to you for final judgement. It’s not see-through and it’s not web or spider-themed, which sound like massive improvements to us.

But it’s also kind of flimsy looking and that neckline looks pretty clumsy. Still, maybe she got away from the showier, theme-y fashion because the film got such bad opening reviews. If so, that’s at least a little savvy, no? We’re currently spewing our opinions about other matters into microphones, so you get to do the heavy lifting here.

Dakota Johnson’s Possible Course Correction:

IN or OUT?

Remember to show your work.

In a switch from the typical genre, MADAME WEB tells the standalone origin story of one of Marvel publishing’s most enigmatic heroines. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she forges a relationship with three young women bound for powerful destinies…if they can all survive a deadly present.
